training, and the internal mobility process of people, because of these very reasons;

  • lack of time to combine alle the required data
  • recruiters that don’t have the experience or knowledge about specializations and working environments

After years of working experience and research in the field of HR and organizational development, we were able to combine practical processes and scientific methodologies from existing and already applied knowledge and based on new scientific insights.
